The subject of the project is research and development work on creating an innovative, industrial 3D printer. The main advantage and innovation of the printer will be printing based on the proprietary FPD (Fast Plastic Deposit) method developed as part of the project, which will allow the printing process to be accelerated many times compared to reference printers.
Project Goal
The project's primary goal is to develop a new product - an innovative, industrial, and large-size 3D printer. The printer will use proprietary 3D printing technology made of FPD (Fast Plastic Deposit) thermoplastics, which will speed up 3D printing from 2 to even 10 times compared to reference solutions. The technology will consist of an innovative FPD module that optimizes controlled filament flow control during printing and software (slicer) that optimizes the rate of filling objects and accelerates the rate of processing multi-gigabyte STL files.

Large printer working area - min. 1000 x 1000 x 1000 mm, and its incredible speed will allow it to be used not only for the construction of prototypes or small series of parts (as before) but also for the mass production of components. The product will be dedicated to the automotive, aviation, and furniture industries, which are leaders in using the 3D printing industry.
