Energy maintenance

The UBOT P440 industrial 3D printer has an original U-ME counter-current protection and energy maintenance system.

If a power failure occurs, the printer continues to operate for 15 minutes while maintaining precisely the same 3D printing parameters, guaranteeing that the print will not shrink due to a drop in temperature!

U-ME system

Reproducible prints from every filament available on the market! Thanks to our original algorithm, UBOT printers achieve dimensional stability of printed elements and a tolerance of 0.05 mm - in each axis of the printed detail

Material feeding control

Our P440 3D printer detects not only the end of the material on the roll but also possible problems with its feeding, such as a clogged nozzle or tangled material.

Measurement of material weight

The 3D printer software constantly monitors work progress. The person operating the device can check the printing progress and data on the amount of remaining material in real-time, e.g., via a mobile device, and refill it before it runs out. The 3D printer sends messages informing about critical states via the application

Hottend Hellfire

The Hellfire hotend is a print head that allows the use of high-temperature materials.

It has an intuitive tool replacement system, so you can quickly change nozzle diameters from 0.2mm to 1.2mm every 0.1mm. It has increased heater power (double-fire) to reach the set temperature faster. The maximum nozzle temperature is 400°C.

New UBOT Herkules extruder

The proprietary extruder allows you to extrude the material with double force (double–jugger) thanks to double coupling and increased torque.

Both of these features result in better, more precise extrusion of the material and reduce the risk of "abrasion" of the filament.

AUTOMATIC TABLE CALIBRATION

Auto-leveling of the work table. The sensor maps the surface table and creates an image using the finite element method. Thanks to this, it is leveled to the printing nozzle and ensures perfect adhesion of the printed model to the surface. The table has a smooth surface that allows you to print flat bases without additional rafts.
