UBOT P800D is a large-format 3D printer using FFF technology, equipped with servo drives, with a working area of 810 x 810 x 550 mm. It has a camera, power support system, and the U-ME system, which ensures repeatable print quality. Also, this 3D printer has built-in memory, Wi-Fi connectivity, and a heated working chamber. The printer detects filament problems and can warn the user about critical situations
Extra energy, just in case
The P800D printer has U-Me's counter-current protection and energy backup system. During a power failure, the device can operate for 15 minutes while maintaining previously set 3D printing parameters. This way, we can be sure that the print will be completed!

Copy your files with print designs directly to the printer's memory, or upload them remotely via Wi-Fi and view the printing process in HD from anywhere worldwide, thanks to a dedicated mobile application
U-ME system
From now on, your prints will be repeatable regardless of the material you choose! Thanks to our proprietary algorithm, our printers achieve dimensional stability of printed elements and a tolerance of 0.05 mm in each axis of the printed detail
Material feeding control
The 3D printer can detect not only the end of the filament on the roll but also possible problems with its feeding (e.g., clogged nozzle, tangled material)
Material mass measurement
The 3D printer software continuously monitors the progress of work, e.g. via mobile devices, so the user can check the actual data on the amount of material remaining at any time and refill it before it runs out. Additionally, the 3D printer informs about critical states with messages sent by the application. For example, 1 hour before the end of the material on the roll, the user receives a notification about the upcoming need to refill the filament. The P800D printer, designed for large-format 3D printing, is equipped with a heated work chamber by an independent 2500W system.
This solution, known from industrial 3D printing systems from thermoplastics, differs significantly in its properties from desktop devices, where heating occurs in an uncontrolled manner by the heat emitted by the work table itself.
In the UBOT P800D printer, heat is distributed using several independent fans - the movement of air does not cause sudden changes in temperature. The air is removed from the chamber by a fan and filtered by a four-function chamber filter: HEPA, carbon, PP and cold catalysis

The P800D printer is equipped with a HOTEND HELLFIRE print head that allows printing from high-temperature materials.
In combination with the proprietary UBOT HERKULES extruder, which allows for extrusion of material with double force (double jugger), it allows the use of a huge range of filaments, including the most desirable for 3D printing in the aerospace industry - PEEK, a material with high stiffness and strength
