All our filaments are carefully selected and manufactured specifically for UBOT 3D printers. They are characterised by a high quality of dimensional tolerance and material mix. All materials are packaged in elegant, transparent spools, vacuum-packed with a moisture absorber and enclosed in an stylish box.

If you choose our material - you can be sure that printing will be even simpler and reliable. Thanks to the pre-settings made for UBOT 3D printers, you will not need to configure the software by yourself.

The concept of UBOT 3D printers remains unchanged – you can still use filaments made by any other manufacturer. However, it is worth choosing reliability, simplicity and better parameters reached thanks to U-materials!

Filaments U-PLA

U-PLA

U-PLA (Polylactide) is a biodegradable polymer made from natural and renewable raw materials. U-PLA is an easy-to-use and high-quality filament. You can print large lettered inscriptions and any other complicated structures. Thanks to the original modification of its composition – while retaining all the features being typical to PLA – such print-outs are more durable and less prone to damage, and its filament itself is less brittle. Due to its low shrinkage factor, this U-PLA filament does not get deformed so much during when cooled down and objects are mapped perfectly. U-PLA is also characterised by a high level of printing simplicity because it is ideally suited for UBOT 3D printers. U-PLA is the basic material for rapid prototyping.

Filaments U-ABS

U-ABS – Acrylonitrile – Butadiene – Styrene

U-ABS is a material characterised by increased flow and viscosity rates and reduced temperature shrinkage. This is a material widely used in the manufacture of housings and cases for home appliances and electronic equipment Our U-ABS filament mix is unique because we have carefully selected the type of ABS characterised by its good extrusion and excellent adhesion in-between layers. Just like our other filaments, U-ABS is manufactured to very high standards of tolerance and professionally packaged. This filament has medium shrinkage parameters (higher than U-PLA but lower than standard ABS). The material is resistant to scratches and various chemicals (such as oils, fats, some diluted acids). Supports made from this material are easy to remove from objects. The material can be mechanically and chemically treated with acetone.

Filaments U-HIPS

U-HIPS – High Impact Polystyrene

HIPS is a typical support material used in UBOT DUAL and other double-extruder printers. It also works well as a base material to print covers and figurines. U-HIPS print-outs are characterised by similar features to U-ABS in terms of impact resistance and stiffness. It merges layers very nicely. U-HIPS-printed elements can be sanded (or otherwise subjected to mechanical treatment), primed and painted. This is a medium shrinkage material so it is recommended to use a heated table and doors to control the cooling process.

Filaments U-PET

U-PET-G – Polyethylene terephthalate

This filament holds good optical properties and high gloss. It is characterised by a high level of impact strength and mechanical resistance. Its transparent variants are ideal for printing thin elements which – to a considerable degree – let light go through. The material is characterised by relatively low shrinkage, so it lets you print even large-sized objects. Moreover, it holds low hygroscopic parameters. Granulate from which this filament is manufactured is ISO 10993 certified. Thus, this material is allowed to come into contact with skin for for more than 30 days and even for under-skin application up to 30 days. U-PET-G also works well in the food industry.

U-BFLEX

U-Bflex is a filament whose main feature is full biodegradability. Thanks to this property they are the perfect solutionfor users who care about the environment. This material has a printing temperature of 220 ° C and for process controlcooling is recommended to use a mulled table. Received models printed fromthis material is characterized by good elastic and strength propertiesand impact resistance with simultaneous small shrinkage of material. In our offer, U-Bflex is available in eight colors with a dimension of 1.75 mm.

Nylon is a filament consisting mainly of polyamide (PA), which material has been used in several other composite filaments we offeras a warp. The PA 12 polymer is characterized by fatigue strength and low absorptionmoisture, very good dielectric properties and very good stabilitydimensional. The polymer has found its application in such industries as: Machinery ,electrotechnical, automotive, transport and machine building.

Filaments U-NANOCARBON

U-NANOCARBON
U-NanoCarbon is one of the composite filaments in our offer. Consists of Polyamide (PA 12) with the addition of micro-carbon fibers with exceptional properties. It is characterized by high fatigue strength, low moisture absorption, has a very high good dielectric properties and its very good dimensional stability caused
that it is currently used in such industries as the machine and electrotechnical industries, automotive and for building RC models and drones. Thanks to the application The innovative combination of polyamide with micro-carbon fibers gives our filament possibility for the production of very durable models. For printing with U-NanoCarbon, we recommend due to its abrasive properties, use of hardened nozzles (steel, steel hardened, titanium, etc.) – ordinary brass nozzles can be accelerated consumption. We also recommend using an additional adhesive.

U-PMMA
Polymethyl methacrylate (U-PMMA), more commonly known as plexi or organic glass, is an amorphous, transparent, hard and scratch-resistant material. Is rigid and weather-resistant filament, including also ultraviolet radiation. The material is used in various fields in household appliances, car lamps, laboratory equipment, eyeglass elements, etc. Offered by us, the product, thanks to the use of a special mixture, allows you to lower it printing temperature (recommended printing temperature from 240° C), at the same time it is characterized by a smaller shrinkage of material compared to ABS.

Filaments U-ASA

U-ASA
Very good mechanical properties of the U-ASA filament and its high resistance chemical and thermal make this material can be successfully used for making elements exposed to atmospheric factors, i.e. signs road signs, external signs or automotive parts. High gloss, which it is characterized by material, it allows to obtain aesthetically-looking products. Mechanical properties are very similar to ABS, but the replacement of rubber butadiene. With acrylic it will allow for much greater resistance to radiation ultraviolet of this polymer. His other properties, such as: very good resistance to weather conditions, good chemical resistance and thermal and high gloss allowed the use of U-ASA for the production of such elements, housing of air conditioners, unpainted elements in the automotive industry.

Filaments U-PVA

U-PVA
U-PVA, it is a polymer proposed by us as a supporting material. Perfectly suited to this function because of its unique feature. It has the ability to dissolve in warm water. Thanks to this, getting rid of supports made of U-PVA is easy and pleasant. The supporting material offered by us is characterized by its temperature printing from 180° C. Thanks to its small contraction, it is not required to print it using a heated table.

The thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (U-TPU) is a flexible and flexible material, which has a deformation, but also high abrasion resistance, cracking and tearing. It is also resistant to all weather conditions. This material is used to manufacture products such as ski boots, the edges of the skis, car mirrors, ect.
